1. What is active in this review
Essential access, form-delivery and privacy-choice technologies are active. The inquiry form uses HubSpot to send submitted information to Capital United. HubSpot and its delivery providers may use essential security cookies to deliver and protect the form. Optional analytics and advertising tools are used with your permission.

2. Optional categories
Analytics: Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics are used to measure page use, campaign referrals and general interaction events. They may use cookies or similar identifiers when enabled. Analytics is off unless you allow it. The page containing the investor inquiry form is excluded from all optional tracking, even if you allow it on other pages.
Advertising: Meta (Facebook), Google, LinkedIn and, if implemented, OpenAI (ChatGPT) advertising or measurement tools are used. Depending on configuration, these may measure conversions or support audience matching, retargeting or cross-context advertising. Advertising is off unless you allow it. Exact tools, cookie names, durations and provider settings will be documented before activation.
Inquiry handling: the form submits information through HubSpot, which passes inquiry information to Salesforce. Zapier supports backend integrations. This inquiry handling serves your request and is separate from permission for optional tracking. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent an inquiry. Investor financial information and form messages must not be passed to advertising tools.
3. How your choices work
Use the banner or to accept optional categories, reject them or save separate choices. Essential storage cannot be turned off through these controls because it supports access and remembers your choice. You can block or clear it in your browser, but may need to re-enter the review password or choose preferences again.
The control turns optional analytics and advertising off in this browser. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal also keeps both categories off, even if an earlier choice allowed them. These settings apply to this browser and device; other browsers may require their own choice.
Withdrawing permission stops future optional loading under the Site’s controls. It does not reverse processing that already occurred or necessarily delete cookies previously set by external providers. You can clear cookies in your browser and contact us about information held in our systems.
